Zuno General Insurance Renews Social Media Mandate with BC Web Wise

The agency will continue leading digital strategy, creative communication, and platform engagement for the digital-first insurer.

Zuno General Insurance has renewed its partnership with digital agency BC Web Wise for the second consecutive year. Under the extended mandate, BC Web Wise will continue to lead Zuno’s digital strategy, creative content, and audience engagement across social platforms.

The partnership began during a pivotal transition-when Edelweiss General Insurance rebranded to Zuno. BC Web Wise spearheaded the digital-first transformation, including the launch of Zuno’s first digital video commercial and the rollout of its refreshed brand identity across platforms.

In 2023, the agency also conceptualised the “Zuno Driving Quotient” campaign, which spotlighted usage-based insurance and resonated strongly with a digital-savvy audience.
