Anand Vaidya has resigned from his role as Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications at WebEngage, the SaaS platform known for its customer retention solutions. Vaidya announced his departure via LinkedIn, marking the end of a nearly four-year stint with the company.

He joined WebEngage in 2021 as the global lead for PR and corporate communications, later expanding his remit to oversee the company’s broader marketing strategy. During his tenure, Vaidya played a key role in shaping WebEngage’s brand narrative, scaling its communications efforts, and supporting its growth across domestic and international markets.

Prior to WebEngage, Vaidya held leadership positions at several prominent agencies, including The Mavericks, Weber Shandwick, Adfactors PR, and MSLGROUP India. With over a decade of experience in brand storytelling, reputation management, and integrated marketing, he brought a strategic edge to WebEngage’s outreach.

The company has yet to name a successor.
