Ahead of International Yoga Day (June 21), Anytime Fitness has kicked off a nationwide campaign titled “Breathe, Bend & Balance”, designed to inspire Indians to embrace yoga for physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
The week-long campaign will run from June 15 to June 21, featuring interactive challenges, brand collaborations, and expert-led video content.
Campaign Structure
As part of the rollout, three video challenges will be released on:
- June 15 – Breathe
- June 17 – Bend
- June 19 – Balance
Each video will spotlight a specific pillar of yoga and will be led by certified yoga instructors and fitness coaches from Anytime Fitness. Participants are invited to share their yoga poses and routines through Instagram stories or short videos, using campaign hashtags to join the nationwide celebration.

The campaign culminates on June 22, with winners selected based on:
- Creativity
- Participation
- Alignment with the theme
Top-performing entries will be featured on Anytime Fitness India’s official Instagram page and receive wellness hampers from Man Matters and Be Bodywise, the campaign’s health-focused partners.
