iD Fresh Food, one of India’s most trusted fresh food brands, has announced the launch of its all-new flavoured Parota range, marking a first in the ready-to-cook segment. The new offering includes three variants – Peri-Peri Parota, Chilli Parota, and Italian Herb Parota – designed to bring bold, global flavours to traditional Indian flatbreads.

The Peri-Peri Parota delivers a vibrant red colour and zesty heat, perfect for spice lovers. The Chilli Parota features a green chilli seasoning that offers sharper intensity, while the Italian Herb Parota blends aromatic herbs like thyme, basil, and oregano to add an international twist to a local staple.

In addition, iD Fresh has introduced a ready-to-cook version of the South Indian string parota, known as the Nool Parota. Bringing the thin, flaky layers of this street-style delicacy to home kitchens, the product is crafted to maintain authenticity while offering convenience.
