Flipkart has redefined the festive shopping experience with its 12th edition of The Big Billion Days (TBBD), launching at midnight on September 23, 2025. The highlight? Flipkart Minutes, the company’s quick commerce service, delivering products to customers’ doorsteps in as little as 10 minutes across 19 cities and 3,000 pin codes.
This unprecedented speed is a significant leap in e-commerce logistics, allowing customers to receive high-demand items-such as smartphones, electronics, and daily essentials-almost instantly. The service operates 24/7 throughout the sale, ensuring that shoppers can access deals at any hour.
The rapid delivery has garnered positive feedback from customers. A Bengaluru resident shared, “Ordered a blender at 12:05 AM; it was at my door by 12:15. Incredible!” Another customer from Jaipur commented, “I was skeptical, but Flipkart Minutes delivered my phone in under 10 minutes. Truly a game-changer.”
However, not all feedback has been positive. Some users have reported issues with delayed deliveries and customer service. A Reddit user from Bengaluru mentioned, “Auto cancellation, delayed delivery, bad customer service. Flipkart is turning into a nightmare”.
Despite these concerns, Flipkart’s commitment to innovation is evident. With over 400,000 employees supporting operations across warehouses, fulfillment centers, and delivery networks, the company aims to serve 19,500 pin codes from 4,500 locations nationwide.
The Big Billion Days 2025 is shaping up to be a transformative event in India’s e-commerce landscape, blending speed, scale, and customer-centric service.
