The narrative follows a young professional who receives a Secret Santa present that feels uncannily aligned with her personal style. Intrigued by how well the gift reflects her taste, she sets out to discover who her anonymous Santa might be. As she investigates, the film captures a series of everyday office interactions, bringing to life the speculation, banter and subtle clues that often accompany Secret Santa exchanges.
Rather than focusing solely on the act of gifting, the film places emphasis on the shared workplace dynamics that unfold around it. It reflects how a personal gift can become a talking point, drawing colleagues into a light-hearted guessing game and strengthening everyday connections within the office.
Commenting on the campaign, Zouk founder Disha Singh said that the idea was inspired by a familiar experience for many professionals. She noted that when a Secret Santa gift feels especially personal, it naturally leads to excitement and curiosity about who understands you so well. Singh added that Zouk’s bags are designed as extensions of individual personality, making the story both organic and relatable for the brand.
The Christmas film is being promoted across Zouk’s digital and social media platforms as part of its festive season communication strategy.
