Hyundai Motor Group has released a teaser ahead of its participation at CES 2026, announcing plans to unveil its Group-level AI Robotics Strategy under the theme ‘Partnering Human Progress’. The strategy reflects the Group’s long-term vision of integrating advanced robotics into everyday life and industrial ecosystems through meaningful human–robot collaboration.
The full AI Robotics roadmap will be revealed during Hyundai Media Day on January 5, 2026, from 1:00 to 1:45 p.m. PST at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. The presentation will also be live-streamed on the Group’s global YouTube channel, allowing audiences worldwide to engage with its future-facing initiatives.
At CES 2026, the Group will highlight how AI Robotics is being scaled across its Group Value Network to accelerate commercialization. The focus will be on leveraging shared technologies, data, and software to enable robots to work safely and effectively alongside humans across multiple environments.
A key highlight will be Boston Dynamics’ next-generation Atlas robot, which will make its first public stage appearance outside the lab. The new Atlas signals a major step toward practical deployment, underscoring Hyundai Motor Group’s commitment to building adaptable and reliable robotic co-workers.
The Group will also outline its AI Robotics training and learning framework, powered by its Software-Defined Factory (SDF) approach. This combines advanced manufacturing strategies with smart, data-driven factories to enhance flexibility, agility, and operational efficiency across the production lifecycle.
From January 6 to 9, visitors to the Las Vegas Convention Center can experience interactive exhibits showcasing real-world AI Robotics applications, live demonstrations of Atlas, Spot, and MobED, and immersive insights into Hyundai Motor Group’s evolving robotics ecosystem.
