Bengaluru-based integrated brand and creative agency Peoplecom has won the integrated creative mandate for Curated Living Solutions (CLS), a managed living and student housing platform backed by the DivyaSree Group. The partnership comes as CLS continues to scale its presence across key urban markets in India.
Under the mandate, Peoplecom will lead CLS’s brand and creative communications across touchpoints. This includes creative ideation, development of design systems, content creation, brand strategy, and the execution of campaigns spanning both digital and offline platforms. The engagement is aimed at building a consistent, future-ready brand narrative as CLS expands its footprint.
Curated Living Solutions operates in the managed living segment, serving students and young professionals through community-led housing models supported by scalable operations. With growing competition in the coliving and student housing space, the brand is focused on strengthening differentiation while maintaining operational efficiency across cities.
