Muthoot FinCorp has appointed Arun Kumar B as chief operating officer and Harjit Singh Takkar as chief distribution officer to strengthen operations and distribution. Arun Kumar B joins from CreditAccess Grameen, while Takkar brings extensive leadership experience from roles at IndusInd Bank, Bandhan Bank, Yes Bank and ICICI Bank.
