Kotak Mahindra Prime has appointed Suraj Rajappan as Managing Director & CEO for a three-year term starting June 1, 2026. A 24-year company veteran, he succeeds Shahrukh Todiwala, who retires after more than three decades with the Kotak Group. The leadership transition reflects Kotak’s focus on internal talent to drive the next phase of growth in its vehicle finance business.
