WPP has appointed Anne-Isabelle Choueiri as Chief Transformation Officer, a newly created role where she will lead the implementation of Elevate28, the company’s three-year growth plan. Previously with The Estée Lauder Companies, Choueiri brings experience in driving enterprise-wide transformation, AI strategy, and technology-led innovation. At WPP, she will focus on reshaping operations, leveraging AI, data, and technology, and strengthening organisational culture to support long-term growth. Based in New York, she will also join WPP’s Executive Committee.
