InMobi has expanded its collaboration with Salesforce to accelerate AI-driven growth and build a more unified global advertising ecosystem.
As part of this move, InMobi has adopted an AI-first operating model by integrating Salesforce solutions across its core business units-Demand, Supply, and Xchange. This integration streamlines sales, service, and data operations, enabling more cohesive workflows and improved efficiency across teams.
Key tools such as Agentforce Sales and Agentforce Service are being leveraged to enhance pipeline visibility, strengthen customer engagement, and improve support for advertisers and partners. By embedding AI into its sales processes, InMobi aims to enable faster, data-driven decision-making while automating critical workflows.
The partnership also includes a multi-cloud deployment, allowing real-time forecasting, advanced opportunity insights, and executive dashboards for better performance tracking. In addition, InMobi has upgraded to Slack Enterprise Grid to improve internal collaboration and implemented Data 360 to unify data across business functions, creating a single source of truth for insights and personalised engagement.
This collaboration builds on InMobi’s long-term focus on AI-powered advertising, strengthening the operational backbone required to scale globally. Looking ahead, both companies plan to deepen their partnership by adopting tools like Tableau and expanding Agentforce capabilities, with a focus on predictive insights and proactive engagement.
