Prime Video Drops the Explosive Trailer of Lukkhe

The stage lights flash, bass drops hit hard, and somewhere between rhythm and rage-Lukkhe finds its voice. Prime Video has unveiled the trailer of its upcoming original series, promising a heady cocktail of music, crime, and stylised action ahead of its May 8 premiere.

Directed by Himank Gaur and backed by producers Vipul D. Shah and Rajesh Bahl, Lukkhe dives into a gritty universe where ambition clashes with survival. Created by Agrim Joshi and Debojit Das Purkayastha, the eight-episode series blends raw storytelling with a pulsating musical core.

At the center is KING, stepping into acting for the first time as MC Badnaam-a rapper navigating rivalry and redemption. He’s joined by Raashii Khanna, Palak Tiwari, and Lakshvir Singh Saran, each portraying characters caught in a storm of love, ambition, and personal battles.

The trailer sets up a high-stakes face-off between MC Badnaam and MC OG, while quietly threading a love story between Lucky and Sanober. It’s loud, emotional, and unapologetically intense-where every beat carries tension and every lyric hints at revenge.

The launch itself mirrored the show’s energy. Unveiled at a live concert in Mumbai, the event featured performances by KING and other artists, alongside the release of the show’s music album in collaboration with Amazon Music and Warner Music India.

Streaming in Hindi across 240+ countries, Lukkhe isn’t just a series-it’s a vibe where “rap aur badla” collide, and only the loudest survive.
