INNOCEAN has expanded its India footprint with the launch of a new office in Bengaluru, signalling a clear shift in the agency’s ambitions – from automotive specialist to full-spectrum, AI-led marketing powerhouse.
The Bengaluru office is designed to function as a dedicated hub for data-driven, content-focused, and AI-powered marketing solutions. The agency has its sights set on high-growth sectors including FMCG, D2C, healthcare, and digital-first businesses – broadening well beyond its established automotive roots with Hyundai and Kia.
The expansion also carries a global dimension. The new office will support offshoring services for INNOCEAN’s network spanning 22 countries, positioning India not just as a local market but as a strategic delivery centre for the agency’s worldwide operations.
Since entering India in 2005, INNOCEAN has steadily diversified – with nearly 30% of its India business now coming from non-affiliated clients, a telling sign of the agency’s growing independent credibility.
COO Santosh Kumar described the launch as a milestone in the agency’s “continuous reinvention,” emphasising its ability to deliver localised, insight-led regional campaigns with greater agility. Global CEO JungA Kim framed it even more boldly – calling India a “strategically critical market” and positioning the Bengaluru office as a stepping stone toward a broader Asia, Middle East, and Africa growth model.
For India’s marketing industry, INNOCEAN’s move reinforces a wider trend: global agencies are no longer just setting up offices here – they’re building futures.
