Bodhi Tree Multimedia Posts 32% Revenue Growth in FY26, Backed by Strategic Acquisitions

Bodhi Tree Multimedia closed FY26 with consolidated revenue of ₹118.45 crore, marking a 31.96% rise from ₹89.76 crore in the previous fiscal year. Profit after tax surged 61.59% year-on-year to ₹7.95 crore, while EBITDA grew to ₹17.10 crore from ₹9.69 crore, with margins expanding to 14.44% from 10.80%.

During the year, the company produced approximately 200 hours of original content across television, OTT, and digital platforms, delivering projects for leading broadcasters and streaming services including JioStar, Zee, Dangal, and Shemaroo.

On the strategic front, Bodhi Tree acquired a 20% stake in Lehren Networks and completed a 50.01% majority acquisition of Moving Image Studios – moves designed to strengthen its IP-led content ecosystem.

Managing Director and CEO Mautik Tolia described FY26 as “a year of strong forward movement,” highlighting the operating leverage the company is beginning to build at scale. He pointed to India’s expanding media and entertainment market – projected to reach approximately USD 38 billion by 2028 – and noted that over 975 million OTT viewers, with regional content driving more than half of paid viewership, represent a compelling demand environment for quality Indian IP.

Tolia also acknowledged that an IP-led model requires longer monetisation cycles and sustained investment, but emphasised its potential to build compounding content assets. Investments in technology and AI-led initiatives are further enhancing decision-making and production efficiency.

The company’s FY26 performance signals a maturing, scalable business model with clear long-term ambitions.
