McDonald’s has appointed Shruti Shukla as Head of Strategy & Insights. A seasoned strategy and insights leader with over 13 years of experience, she joins the company after an 11-year stint at McKinsey & Company, where she led global growth and benchmarking initiatives for consumer-facing businesses. In her new role, Shukla will leverage her expertise in consumer analytics, growth strategy, and business transformation to drive McDonald’s strategic growth agenda.
