Mahindra Lifespaces Reimagines Home Living With Robotic Family Film

Mahindra Lifespaces has launched a new campaign for its Mahindra Rainforest project, moving away from conventional real estate messaging to focus on the emotional value of a thoughtfully designed home.

Conceptualised by The Womb, the campaign builds on the brand’s “Home of Positive Energy” platform, exploring how living spaces shape everyday wellbeing rather than simply listing amenities.

The film centres on a robotic family caught in an emotionally detached routine, which gradually shifts as they’re surrounded by greenery and natural surroundings. Through this narrative, the brand positions nature not as a lifestyle add-on, but as a fundamental part of daily life capable of fostering calm, connection and balance.

In a category where communication typically revolves around amenities and lifestyle checklists, the campaign takes a more emotional route, framing the home as an active influence on how people experience their everyday lives.

Ankur Parmar, Chief Marketing Officer at Mahindra Lifespaces, said the brand wanted to move beyond promoting a list of features and instead highlight the lasting impact a well-designed home can have on people’s lives. He added that the “Home of Positive Energy” philosophy stems from the belief that homes shape the energy and experiences of the people who inhabit them.

The campaign will roll out across digital, social media, outdoor and on-ground touchpoints, reinforcing Mahindra Lifespaces’ continued focus on building homes centred around wellbeing, balance and positive living — positioning the brand’s emotional appeal as a key differentiator in an increasingly amenity-driven real estate market.
