WPP Media has been named the integrated media partner for Daawat, the flagship brand of LT Foods, taking on a mandate that spans media strategy, planning, buying and activation across India.
As part of the account, the agency will manage Daawat’s end-to-end media operations, leveraging audience data, technology and AI-led planning to drive the brand’s strategy and execution going forward.
Ritesh Sud, chief marketing officer – India & Far East, LT Foods, said building stronger, more meaningful consumer connections is a strategic priority as the company looks to accelerate its growth ambitions in India. He added that WPP Media’s integrated capabilities, audience-first approach and understanding of the evolving media landscape made it a strong fit as a partner, with the two sides now focused on building a future-ready media ecosystem together.
Priti Murthy, president, Client Solutions, WPP Media South Asia, said the future of marketing lies in connected experiences shaped by data, technology and deep audience understanding. She noted that the partnership aims to bring together strategic planning, AI-powered capabilities and precision execution, with the shared goal of strengthening consumer connections, accelerating brand growth and driving measurable business outcomes for Daawat.
The mandate adds to WPP Media’s growing portfolio in the FMCG and food space in India, as brands increasingly lean on data-driven, AI-assisted media planning to sharpen targeting and improve marketing efficiency in an increasingly fragmented and digital-first media landscape.
