Grapes Worldwide has entered into a strategic partnership with US-based independent agency Alice & Albert Inc., creating a global partner network aimed at helping brands navigate expansion between India, North America and other international markets.
The collaboration combines Alice & Albert’s capabilities in US market strategy, brand building, creative, content, influencer marketing, partnerships and growth with Grapes Worldwide’s integrated expertise across creative, media, PR, technology, AI, commerce and data-led marketing.
Under the partnership model, the two agencies will collaborate on cross-border assignments, bringing together local market knowledge, specialist capabilities and execution teams to help brands establish relevance in new markets.
Shradha Agarwal, Co-founder and Global CEO, Grapes Worldwide, said the agency’s international growth strategy is focused on building trusted local partnerships rather than establishing offices across every market. She added that the model enables brands to combine global thinking with culturally relevant execution.
Jenn Moyer-Smith, Co-founder, Alice & Albert, highlighted the opportunity for businesses to move in both directions, with US brands seeking opportunities in India and Indian companies looking to build stronger presence in North America.
Sini Magon, COO and Global Partner, Grapes Worldwide, said the partnership brings together cultural understanding and scaled execution across multiple marketing disciplines.
The agencies are already exploring opportunities involving brands expanding between India and North America, with the network potentially extending to additional specialist partners across other markets.
