airpay puts ‘invisible’ payments at the heart of its first brand campaign

airpay, a digital payments platform, has launched its first public-facing brand campaign, ‘Invisible’, as it marks 14 years of operations across India, the UAE, Tanzania and Zambia.

The campaign takes a different approach to communicating digital payments, moving away from familiar narratives around speed and convenience. Instead, the film focuses on a more fundamental consumer expectation: payments that work seamlessly without creating anxiety or demanding attention.

The film captures everyday moments where transactions need to happen without disruption. An international traveller makes a payment in their home currency, a mother manages school fee payments while balancing work and family, and a boutique owner receives her daily settlement without having to chase it.

As the stories unfold, the film gradually reveals the technology, infrastructure and people working behind these seemingly effortless transactions, before highlighting airpay’s presence across four markets.

Kunal Jhunjhunwala, Founder and CEO, airpay, said the company has always focused on building trust through its delivery rather than visibility. He added that the campaign offers an opportunity to share the company’s 14-year journey with the customers and businesses that have been part of it.

Conceptualised by integrated creative and digital agency ting, the campaign was designed to make audiences connect with the human stories before discovering the brand behind them.

The film premiered on YouTube and is being amplified across OTT platforms and airpay’s four operating markets.
