BEI Confluence has elevated Abhishek Gupta to Managing Director, effective August 2026. With over two decades of experience across brand strategy, digital marketing and business leadership, he will lead the agency’s operations, integrated capabilities, talent and client partnerships. Founder Tapas Gupta has stepped down as MD and will continue as Chairman and mentor.
