Social Panga is marking its 12th anniversary not with a highlight reel of successful campaigns, but with a tribute to the ideas that never made it. The agency has launched Neverletanideadie.com, a digital graveyard housing 12 rejected concepts from across its 12-year run, inviting brands and fellow agency folks to discover, reconsider, and potentially revive them.
The premise: a rejected idea isn’t necessarily a bad one – often, it was simply the wrong fit for the wrong brief at the wrong time. Rather than let these concepts sit buried in agency archives, the platform lets visitors explore each idea, understand its original thinking, and express interest in bringing it back to life.
Gaurav Arora, Founder, Social Panga, said the initiative extends the agency’s founding belief that good ideas shouldn’t be confined by convention, adding that it felt contradictory to let ideas that once mattered simply disappear. Himanshu Arora, Founder, called creativity an investment, noting that when an idea doesn’t move forward, the thinking behind it shouldn’t lose its value – describing the platform as a “second market” for ideas that never found their first one.
Soumabha Nandi, EVP, Social Panga, described the everyday reality of agency life where ideas are “born, nurtured, debated, and even loved before they die,” framing Neverletanideadie.com as an attempt to give these “creative casualties” the afterlife they deserve.
For Social Panga, the anniversary becomes less a retrospective and more a question – what else could still be built from what got left behind.
