Cricketer Virat Kohli has joined LinkedIn, where he will share perspectives on his work beyond cricket as co-founder of one8 and an investor in Agilitas Sports. The move brings his experience in sport, entrepreneurship and brand building to the professional network.

Kohli is expected to discuss leadership, team building, decision-making under pressure and the discipline needed to sustain performance over time. Drawing on nearly two decades of international cricket, he will connect lessons from elite sport to business. At one8, he helps shape high-performance and active lifestyle products, bringing an athlete’s view to functionality, design and finish. Agilitas Sports is building a vertically integrated business across product development, manufacturing, distribution, retail and brand building, with the ambition of creating Indian sporting brands of global relevance.
Speaking about his journey, Kohli said that if the intent is right and you genuinely care about what you build, people feel it. He said he wants to help build something from India that is globally relevant and improves how people experience sport in everyday life, giving athletes products they believe in. He added that he hopes what they build will outgrow all of them.
