Nitish Mittersain has stepped down as Managing Director of Nazara Technologies after 27 years, transitioning to the role of Founder and Non-Executive Director. Mithun Sacheti has been appointed Executive Director, effective October 12, 2026. Mittersain plans to focus on backing startups, supporting entrepreneurs and building new ventures while remaining connected to the gaming industry.
