Amazon Diagnostics debuts in six major cities, offering faster, more accessible healthcare services.
Amazon India has forayed into the at-home diagnostics space through a strategic partnership with Orange Health Labs, a leading diagnostic services provider. The new offering, Amazon Diagnostics, is now live across six metro cities-Bengaluru, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Mumbai, and Hyderabad.
Through this collaboration, customers in these cities can book diagnostic tests with doorstep sample collection in under 60 minutes and receive digital reports for routine tests in as little as six hours. The service is designed to address long-standing industry challenges such as long wait times, inconsistent quality, and limited access to reliable healthcare.
On its platform, Amazon India states that its entry into diagnostics aims to simplify healthcare by making it more accessible, dependable, and convenient.

The launch of Amazon Diagnostics expands Amazon Medical’s growing suite of healthcare services, offering customers end-to-end solutions-from tele-consultations and medicine delivery to certified lab testing.
Under the Amazon Medical umbrella:
- Amazon Pharmacy offers a wide selection of prescription medications and healthcare essentials, along with free telemedicine consultations and delivery benefits for both Prime and non-Prime members.
- Amazon Clinic enables users to consult licensed doctors for primary healthcare needs through a seamless, digital-first experience.
