BMW Group India has appointed Hardeep Singh Brar as President and CEO, effective 1 September 2025, succeeding Vikram Pawah who takes over as CEO of BMW Group Australia and New Zealand. Brar brings over 30 years of experience across leading auto brands like Kia, Maruti Suzuki, Volkswagen, and Nissan, with expertise in sales, marketing, and strategy. Most recently SVP at Kia India, he is an engineering graduate from Thapar Institute and a Harvard Business School alumnus. BMW lauded Pawah’s pivotal role in driving the brand’s strategic growth in India.
