Brewing Success: Heineken and Dentsu Toast to Extended Global Media Alliance

Heineken, the world’s most international brewer, has renewed its global media relationship with Dentsu for two more years, continuing their eight-year partnership. The new contract covers 100 markets including Mexico, Brazil, UK, Italy, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, South Africa, Nigeria, Vietnam, and India.

Since joining Heineken’s media agency roster in 2016 and becoming a key partner after the 2021 global media consolidation, Dentsu has helped drive Heineken’s digital transformation through enhanced data and technology utilization.

Olya Dyachuk, Heineken’s Global Media and Data Director, noted: “As the world moves into the algorithmic era, finding new ways to reach and engage consumers will be critical, and we’re proud to continue our partnership with Dentsu.”

The collaboration has evolved beyond media support to include CX production and creative services. Will Swayne, Dentsu’s Global Practice President for Media, highlighted that the renewed commitment will extend their partnership to a decade, marked by delivering outcomes, innovation, and collaboration while adapting to significant changes across audience landscapes.
