Canon India’s ‘EveryDay’ Campaign Promotes Inclusion Beyond Women’s Day

Canon India has launched a new campaign titled ‘EveryDay’, reinforcing the idea that workplace inclusion and gender equality should be practiced consistently rather than highlighted only on occasions like International Women’s Day. The campaign focuses on everyday behaviours that contribute to building a respectful, inclusive and empowering work environment.

Developed around the theme that inclusion is shaped through daily actions, the campaign highlights how small yet meaningful workplace interactions-such as open conversations, equal participation in discussions and fair leadership opportunities-play a crucial role in creating a culture where everyone feels valued and heard.

At the heart of the initiative is a brand film that captures authentic moments inside Canon offices. The film portrays employees engaging in collaborative discussions where ideas are encouraged without bias and individuals are empowered to contribute freely. Through these everyday scenarios, the campaign demonstrates how inclusive workplaces help nurture stronger teams, encourage innovation and drive sustainable progress.

Toshiaki Nomura, President and CEO of Canon India, emphasised that inclusion is not defined by symbolic gestures or one-day celebrations but by consistent actions embedded in workplace culture. According to him, when people feel respected and supported every day, organisations benefit from diverse perspectives, stronger collaboration and better decision-making.

The campaign also builds on Canon India’s ongoing ‘She #CANwithCanon’ initiative, which focuses on enabling women to grow professionally, take on leadership roles and shape their careers with confidence across the organisation.

Through the ‘EveryDay’ campaign, Canon India aims to reinforce that meaningful workplace equality comes from continuous effort, where inclusion becomes a natural part of daily work life rather than a temporary conversation.
