Chandni Shah has stepped into the role of CEO at Kinnect and 22feet Tribal Worldwide, expanding her leadership after nearly 15 years with the agency she co-founded. Part of FCB Group India under Interpublic Group, the agencies will now focus on a more selective growth strategy, onboarding only a few new clients while prioritising deeper, long-term brand partnerships and sustainable business impact.
