Cheil India has rebranded as Cheil SWA Group, marking a significant transformation aimed at aligning its diverse expertise – creative, digital, data, and retail – into a unified, integrated marketing ecosystem. This strategic shift reflects the agency’s commitment to delivering end-to-end marketing solutions for modern businesses navigating increasingly complex challenges.

Founded in 2003 as Samsung’s in-house agency, Cheil has grown into a full-service marketing powerhouse. Under the philosophy of “Impact Every Moment,” the Cheil SWA Group will offer seamless brand experiences backed by measurable business outcomes.

Carlos LimSeob Chung continues as President and CEO, leading this transformation alongside key leadership additions: Jitender Dabas has been appointed CEO of the newly launched Cheil X, which will handle non-Samsung clients, while Mandeep Sharma steps in as COO of Cheil India to bolster customer experience and CRM capabilities.

The group now comprises seven specialized companies offering complementary services – ranging from digital transformation, e-commerce, influencer marketing, and content production to retail design and data analytics. Notable units include Experience Commerce, known for its digital tech capabilities; CYLNDR, a VFX and post-production leader; and NewRx, focused on retail performance. Cheil GDC anchors the group’s data-driven marketing strategies.
