FCB Group India Simplifies Brand Structure, Rebrands to FCB India

Strategic rebrand aligns with global naming architecture as agency continues strong growth trajectory

FCB Group India has officially rebranded to FCB India, streamlining its naming structure to align with FCB’s global architecture. This strategic rebranding initiative aims to create greater clarity in the organization’s structure while ensuring consistent representation across international markets.

As part of this comprehensive brand realignment, the agency previously operating as FCB India within the group structure has been renamed FCB Neo. This change addresses potential confusion in the marketplace by establishing distinct identities for each entity within the broader organization.

The rebrand follows a period of remarkable growth for the agency, which has established itself as India’s largest full-funnel agency network. FCB India now delivers comprehensive marketing solutions spanning brand strategy, digital experiences, customer experience, media planning, and content creation.

Under the refreshed structure, FCB India will house four specialized agency brands: Ulka, Interface, Neo, and Kinnect. Each entity brings unique expertise and capabilities while collaborating seamlessly to deliver exceptional business outcomes for clients.

“This is a strategic step to simplify our identity in India,” said Dheeraj Sinha, Group CEO – FCB India & South Asia. “The move aligns us with the global architecture and clarifies how we represent ourselves across the industry. FCB India will continue to build on its strong momentum, delivering modern marketing solutions and #NeverFinished creativity for some of the world’s most iconic brands.”

The rebrand reflects FCB’s commitment to evolution and innovation while maintaining consistency across its global operations. By adopting a unified naming convention, the agency aims to strengthen its market position and enhance client understanding of its comprehensive service offerings.

Tyler Turnbull, Global CEO of FCB, emphasized the importance of the Indian market in the network’s global strategy: “FCB India has experienced some of its most successful quarters in our history, delivering strong growth and creativity, reinforcing how critical the market is for FCB globally. Dheeraj and the entire India leadership team are transforming the business and the way we operate to deliver end-to-end solutions for clients. This evolution is the natural next step to position FCB as the go-to agency partner for ambitious clients in the region.”

The rebranding initiative comes as FCB continues to expand its client roster and service capabilities throughout the Indian market, cementing its position as a leader in integrated marketing communications.
