GREW Solar has partnered with Mumbai Indians and Gujarat Titans as the Official Solar Energy Partner for the upcoming T20 season, marking a major step in its sports marketing strategy.
The multi-team collaboration builds on GREW Solar’s earlier involvement in the women’s T20 league and reflects its ambition to take the clean energy conversation mainstream through cricket’s massive reach. Backed by the Chiripal Group, the company is positioning itself as a fast-growing player in India’s solar manufacturing space.
As part of the partnership, GREW Solar will feature as the lead headgear partner for Gujarat Titans, with branding on helmets and caps. The association also includes strong on-ground and broadcast visibility through stadium LED boards, big-screen integrations, and presence across TV and digital platforms. Through Mumbai Indians, the brand aims to tap into one of the most influential fanbases in global cricket.
Vinay Thadani highlighted that the partnership aligns solar energy with cricket’s nationwide appeal, positioning sustainability as a mass movement. He emphasised the synergy between Gujarat’s leadership in solar energy and the Gujarat Titans’ growth story.
Arvinder Singh added that the collaboration reflects shared values of innovation and rapid growth, while also promoting sustainable progress.
Supported by digital storytelling, influencer collaborations, and fan engagement initiatives, the partnership aims to amplify GREW Solar’s clean energy narrative-leveraging IPL’s scale to drive awareness and adoption across India.
