Hashtag Orange to drive Frankfinn’s Gen Z marketing strategy

The agency will lead the brand’s communication across social media, performance marketing and discovery, with a focus on data, culture and AI.

Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training has appointed Hashtag Orange as its marketing partner to strengthen its engagement with Gen Z.

The partnership will see the independent integrated marketing agency develop Frankfinn’s communication strategy across social media, performance marketing and integrated discovery. The approach will combine data-led insights, cultural understanding and agentic AI-powered solutions to connect with young audiences.

With more than three decades of experience in aviation and hospitality education, Frankfinn trains students for careers across cabin crew, airport ground services, air ticketing, hospitality, travel management and customer service.

The new mandate comes as career discovery increasingly moves to digital platforms, making relevance and cultural understanding important in reaching younger consumers.

K. S. Kohli, founder and non-executive chairman, Frankfinn Group, said the partnership reflects the company’s focus on staying relevant to changing generations and communication platforms.

Mukesh Vij, founder, Hashtag Orange, said Frankfinn’s long-standing legacy offers a strong foundation for building contemporary communication. He added that the agency will bring together data, cultural insight and technology to make the brand more relevant to Gen Z as they explore and evaluate career opportunities.

The partnership will see Hashtag Orange handle Frankfinn’s communication strategy end-to-end, with the objective of translating its established legacy into a more contemporary youth narrative.
