The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) has launched a new brand campaign for The Sarayu, its residential project in Ayodhya, featuring actor and investor Ranbir Kapoor as its face.
Titled ‘Are You the Chosen One?’, the campaign weaves together themes of faith, personal legacy, and Ayodhya’s transformation into a globally significant spiritual and investment destination. Rather than a conventional real estate pitch, the campaign positions The Sarayu as an opportunity to be part of India’s cultural and economic resurgence – anchored in the sanctity of one of Hinduism’s most revered cities.
Ranbir Kapoor’s association with the project is not merely ambassadorial – he is an investor in The Sarayu. The campaign highlights the development’s proximity to the Sarayu River and Ayodhya’s key landmarks, while showcasing its residential plots, lifestyle amenities, and hospitality infrastructure.
Speaking on his involvement, Kapoor described his investment as a genuine calling, and his role in the campaign as a natural extension of that personal conviction – one rooted in a desire to connect the eternal city with a global audience.
