Madison Media has acquired full ownership of HiveMinds, increasing its stake from 51% (acquired in 2017) to 100%, marking a major consolidation move in its digital expansion journey.
As part of this transition, Deepti Bhadauria, currently Chief Strategy Officer at HiveMinds, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. She will report directly to Ajit Varghese, Partner and Group CEO, Madison Media.
Leadership Transition and Legacy
Jyothirmayee JT, founder of HiveMinds, who led the agency to 12X revenue growth over eight years and built a portfolio of over 100 clients, will now step into an advisory role.
