Nykaa Now grows to 15 cities as the beauty retailer chases a 25-city quick-commerce footprint

FSN E-Commerce Ventures, the parent company of Nykaa, has expanded its quick-commerce service Nykaa Now to 15 cities in the second quarter of FY27, up from three cities in the first quarter of FY26. The company is targeting a presence in more than 25 cities by the end of FY27 as it strengthens its reach in beauty and personal care (BPC).

Nykaa Now delivers within 30 to 60 minutes and covers a broad beauty, personal care and wellness range. According to the Q2 FY27 investor presentation, it offers over 1,000 marquee brands alongside a curated selection of premium and luxury products. Nykaa says the service carries twice the SKU depth of other quick-commerce offerings. BPC orders on quick commerce have an average order value three times the platform’s AOV, and Nykaa Now shoppers buy about 15% more frequently than the wider platform’s customers.

The expansion is part of Nykaa’s omnichannel strategy. The company ended Q2 FY27 with 338 beauty stores across 111 cities, adding 14 stores and entering six new cities in the quarter. Its retail footprint covers over 3.4 lakh square feet, up 26% year on year, across 253 multi-brand outlets, 69 House of Nykaa outlets and 16 exclusive brand outlets.

Nykaa reported an annualised GMV of $2.6 billion in Q2 FY27 and a customer base of around 65 million, up 32% year on year. House of Nykaa has an annualised GMV above Rs 4,000 crore, growing 40%, while its B2B network spans over 2 lakh retailers.
