Shah to lead OML’s agency, brand services, and future-facing creative and AI initiatives
Only Much Louder (OML) has announced the promotion of Devarshi Shah to the role of Chief Growth Officer, effective immediately. In this expanded role, Shah will report directly to CEO Tusharr Kumar and oversee OML’s agency operations, integrated brand services, and emerging ventures in creative innovation and AI-powered marketing.

As Chief Growth Officer, Shah will be responsible for scaling:
- OML’s branded content and influencer marketing offerings
- The growth of Hypothesis, OML’s influencer marketing arm
- New, AI-driven marketing solutions
- A soon-to-be-launched creative venture focused on cultural relevance and storytelling
