R K SWAMY has delivered a strong financial performance for FY26, reporting a 15% year-on-year increase in total income to ₹351.73 crore, supported by robust growth across its digital-led businesses. The integrated marketing and communications company also posted a 32% rise in EBITDA to ₹54.49 crore, with EBITDA margin improving to 15.49% from 13.52% in the previous fiscal.
Revenue from operations grew 15.8% to ₹340.75 crore, while profit after tax (PAT) rose 18.5% to ₹22.11 crore, reflecting improved profitability and operational efficiency. Notably, digital services now account for nearly 75% of the company’s consolidated revenue, underscoring its strategic shift towards high-growth, technology-driven offerings.
The company attributed the performance to stronger client engagement across its three core business verticals-Integrated Marketing Communications, Hansa Customer Equity, which focuses on customer data analytics and martech, and Hansa Research, its market research arm.
The momentum was particularly evident in the fourth quarter, with revenue climbing 26% year-on-year to ₹150.66 crore, while quarterly PAT surged 39% to ₹18.81 crore.
R K SWAMY also reported lower client concentration, reducing dependence on a handful of large accounts. Revenue from its top 10 clients declined to 41.3% of total revenue from 47.9% a year earlier, indicating a more diversified client portfolio.
Looking ahead, the company plans to continue investing in digital capabilities, AI, data analytics and customer intelligence platforms. Remaining debt-free at the operating level, the board has recommended a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share for FY26, subject to shareholder approval.
