The animation-led campaign highlights India’s fresh start and renewed ambition in Test cricket.
Sony Sports Network has rolled out a new campaign, ‘Ground Tumhara, Jeet Hamari’, ahead of the much-anticipated India tour of England 2025. The five-Test series, part of the ICC World Test Championship, begins June 20 and will be played across iconic venues-Lord’s, The Oval, Edgbaston, Headingley, and Old Trafford.
The campaign features a dynamic animation-based film and celebrates a turning point in Indian cricket, following the retirements of Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli. With a younger squad and new leadership, Team India aims to improve its historic record in England-only three series wins in the past 100 years.

The campaign includes multiple short films. ‘Captains Promo’ features legends Ajit Wadekar, Kapil Dev, and Rahul Dravid, spotlighting past triumphs. ‘Fury in Harmony – Bumrah’ revisits Jasprit Bumrah’s iconic wicket in the 2020–21 series. An upcoming film, ‘Kasam Paida Karne Wale Ki’, explores India’s long-standing rivalry with England through a nostalgic 1984 track, with appearances by Sunil Gavaskar, Irfan Pathan, and English stars.
Cheteshwar Pujara and Irfan Pathan, both campaign panellists, emphasized the series as a test of skill and character, and a defining chapter for the next generation.
