Switzerland Tourism (ST) has launched its latest short film, “Beautiful Autumn,” featuring tennis legend Roger Federerand Academy Award-winning actor Halle Berry. Shot against the breathtaking backdrop of Lake Lucerne, the film captures the country’s serene autumn landscapes while spotlighting Switzerland’s seamless public transport network.
This marks the fifth collaboration between ST and Federer, and the second campaign dedicated to autumn travel. The addition of Halle Berry brings fresh charm and global appeal to the campaign, inviting travelers to experience Switzerland’s warm, colorful, and tranquil side during the season.
Directed by acclaimed German-Swiss filmmaker Marc Forster, the film weaves together candid interview moments with cinematic sequences aboard a cable car, vintage postbus, and boat – immersing viewers in the essence of slow, mindful travel.
According to ST, the campaign encourages visitors to plan longer, more immersive journeys during autumn, a time when Switzerland’s landscapes transform into a palette of golds and reds.
To complement the film, Switzerland Tourism has partnered with the national transport network, Travel Switzerland, to roll out special offers on the Swiss Travel Pass for international tourists, making scenic exploration even more accessible.
