Titan’s ‘Aage Badhegi’ Campaign Celebrates Mothers Reclaiming Education

Titan Company has launched a powerful Mother’s Day campaign under its CSR initiative, Titan Kanya, spotlighting rural mothers who are embracing literacy alongside their daughters. Titled “Aage Badhegi”, the campaign film, created by Ogilvy and produced by Superfly Films, tells the inspiring stories of women reclaiming their right to education—motivated by their children and driven by a desire for self-growth.

In partnership with the NGO IIMPACT, the Mothers’ Literacy Program extends Titan Kanya’s mission of educating the girl child by introducing structured literacy modules designed specifically for women who never had formal schooling. These programs aim to foster learning at the grassroots level, particularly in underserved communities across states like Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, and West Bengal.

N E Sridhar, Chief Sustainability Officer, Titan Company, highlighted the company’s long-standing commitment to community upliftment, stating that their collaboration with IIMPACT has enabled sustainable change through grassroots interventions, from early-grade reading support to community-based assessments.

Sirish Chandrashekar, Marketing Head – Corporate Brand, emphasized the campaign’s emotional depth, explaining that Titan Kanya not only empowers young girls but has also inspired their mothers to learn. “This campaign is a tribute to their resilience and belief that it’s never too late to start,” he said.

Maitri Ramkumar from Ogilvy added, “This film is a celebration of women who didn’t benefit from past educational reforms but are now being empowered through their daughters.”

The campaign is live across Titan’s digital platforms, marking a heartfelt tribute to motherhood and education.
