TVS Motor has announced the appointment of Sudarshan Venu as its next Chairman and Managing Director, effective August 25, 2025, following unanimous Board approval. Current Chairman Sir Ralf Speth will step down after the AGM on August 22 and will take on the role of Chief Mentor for three years starting August 23. Chairman Emeritus Venu Srinivasan thanked Speth for his leadership and welcomed Sudarshan, expressing confidence in his ability to drive the company to greater success.
