Verve Media, an integrated digital marketing agency, has been appointed to lead the digital and creative mandate for Maple India, a premium retail brand focused on bringing global technology and lifestyle products to Indian consumers.

Under the mandate, Verve Media will handle social media marketing, AI search engine optimisation (AI-SEO) and GEO, performance marketing across Google Ads and Meta Ads, along with creative design. The engagement is aimed at strengthening Maple’s digital footprint, driving performance-led growth, and shaping a consistent, premium brand narrative across platforms.

Maple India has repositioned itself as a premium seller of pre-owned mobiles, tablets, and laptops, with a strong focus on customer experience, product authenticity, and service quality – making globally recognised tech accessible to Indian consumers through curated retail and digital experiences.

Vinay Sangwan, Co-Founder of Verve Media, said Maple operates where global brands meet Indian consumers, a space that demands consistency, creativity, and performance in equal measure. Co-founder Saad Merchant added that while the pre-owned phone market remains largely unorganised, Maple’s brand value gives the partnership a strong foundation to drive growth through performance marketing.

Hari Raja, General Manager – E-commerce at Maple India, said the collaboration will help optimise the brand’s online funnel by pairing data-driven paid media with strong creative output. Sohail Panjwani, Head of Branding & Marketing at Maple India, added that the goal is to shift how premium pre-owned tech is perceived in India – from “used” to “uncompromised.”

The mandate adds to Verve Media’s expanding client roster, which includes Shri Ram General Insurance, Peak XV, Snitch, Shell, Wipro, Rentomojo, TEDx, UNDP, and NABARD, among others.
