Marico has launched ‘Heart to Heart Talk’, an AI-driven awareness campaign, to mark World Heart Day. The campaign invites people to take a moment to reflect on their heart health by answering simple lifestyle questions and understanding the impact of their daily habits.

According to ICMR-INDIAB data, 1 in 4 Indians have high cholesterol, 1 in 10 are diabetic, and 1 in 3 suffer from hypertension. Even those who feel young and active may be unknowingly putting their hearts under stress through poor habits, unhealthy diets, and a sedentary lifestyle.

With a quick QR code scan, users are directed to a WhatsApp chatbot where they can upload a selfie and respond to a few questions. They then receive a personalised AI-generated video revealing their indicative heart age – a moment designed to prompt introspection and action.

The narrative follows a young man navigating a hectic lifestyle, frequently resorting to unhealthy food under stress. He repeatedly encounters the reflection of his older self, symbolising the long-term effects of unhealthy choices on heart health and cholesterol levels. The film highlights Saffola Total, enriched with Oryzanol, as a daily choice to help reduce cholesterol and support heart wellness.
