Freshworks has appointed Kady Srinivasan as its new chief marketing officer. With over 15 years of experience leading marketing transformations at high-growth SaaS companies, Srinivasan will spearhead Freshworks’ global marketing strategy and report to Mika Yamamoto, chief integrated customer growth officer. She most recently served as CMO at You.com and has previously held senior leadership roles at Lightspeed Commerce, Klaviyo, and Owlet Baby Care.
