Narratif has officially launched in India, positioning itself as a consultancy and enterprise intelligence platform for influencer-led marketing. Co-founded by Rushabh Deena Shah and Sarvesh Singh, the company aims to help brands move beyond short-term, campaign-focused influencer activity toward long-term, strategically governed creator ecosystems.
The platform addresses a growing gap in India’s influencer marketing landscape. According to the founders, “Brands today spend heavily on creators but lack governance, consistency, and long-term strategic control. Narratif exists to change that, by helping brands own their narrative.” The company seeks to shift influencer marketing from execution-driven initiatives to structured programs aligned with long-term business outcomes.
Narratif combines strategy, creative intelligence, and enterprise-level governance into a unified system, offering accountability and consistency across markets, platforms, and partners. Its services are targeted at large organisations across sectors including FMCG, beauty, D2C, retail, e-commerce, fintech, electronics, OTT, and travel, where influencer marketing operates at scale.
The platform is designed to collaborate with both consumer brands and execution agencies, providing frameworks for planning, management, and measurement of influencer programs. The company emphasises that it is not an agency, but a strategic system that will define the next decade of influence in India and beyond.
Looking ahead, Narratif plans to expand its operations into the Middle East and Southeast Asia, offering brands a comprehensive approach to influencer strategy that combines intelligence, long-term planning, and structured governance to drive sustainable growth in the creator economy.
