The company also named Marco Agnolin as CEO of OWND effective April 6, 2026, and appointed Nikhil Modha as CFO-designate from April 1, 2026, who will take over from Jagdish Bajaj on January 1, 2027, as part of a phased leadership transition approved by the board.
