Zee Entertainment Enterprises has announced the live broadcast of Season 5 of the DP World International League T20 (ILT20), strengthening its presence in the sports entertainment space. The upcoming edition of the six-team tournament is scheduled to run from 22 November to 20 December 2026, culminating at the Dubai International Stadium.
Over the years, ILT20 has emerged as a key T20 property in the Gulf region, attracting global cricketing talent and a growing fan base. The league shifted to a November–December window starting Season 4, moving away from its earlier January–February schedule to better align with the international cricket calendar.
The previous season saw the Desert Vipers clinch their maiden title with a convincing win over the MI Emirates in a packed final earlier this year. Season 4 also delivered strong viewership numbers, recording 397 million unique viewers across television and OTT platforms-marking notable growth over the previous edition.
For Indian audiences, matches will be broadcast live across Zee’s linear TV network and streamed on ZEE5. The company is also exploring showcasing the tournament on its upcoming dedicated sports channels, signaling a broader push into sports broadcasting.
With rising international partnerships and increasing fan engagement, ILT20 continues to expand its global footprint. Season 5 is expected to build on this momentum, offering a high-energy cricketing spectacle while further strengthening Zee’s sports portfolio.
