HDFC Life has approved the reappointment of Vibha Padalkar as Managing Director and CEO for another five-year term, effective September 12, 2026. The decision, taken at the board meeting on April 21, follows the nomination and remuneration committee’s recommendation and remains subject to shareholder approval and clearance from the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India.
