Goafest 2026 is bringing back Advertising Plays for its second edition, strengthening its focus on wellness, collaboration, and community building within India’s advertising and media ecosystem.
Jointly organised by Advertising Agencies Association of India and The Advertising Club, the sports and wellness property is designed to offer delegates an energetic and engaging space beyond conference sessions and business discussions.
Scheduled to take place from May 20 to 22 at Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon, the initiative will feature a diverse line-up of activities catering to participants across all skill levels.
This year’s programme includes inter-agency competitions such as table tennis and pickleball, creating opportunities for healthy rivalry and stronger team bonding. Delegates can also participate in wellness-focused morning sessions including yoga and zumba, promoting physical well-being and mindful networking.
Adding a fun and interactive dimension, the event will include indoor experiences like foosball, air hockey, VR cricket, and panja. A live leaderboard integrated into the Goafest app will track scores in real time, building excitement throughout the festival.
The agency with the highest cumulative score will receive the prestigious ‘Sportiest Agency’ title.
Mediakart joins as the ‘Powered By’ sponsor, alongside association partner Republic TV.
According to Mohit Joshi and Jaideep Gandhi, the initiative reflects Goafest’s larger vision of balancing competition with connection.
By blending sports, wellness, and networking, Advertising Plays continues to redefine Goafest as a more holistic festival experience for India’s creative industry.
